Bodies are weird.

I forgot to turn the clock back on my bladder. So I'm up an hour "early."

Remember that 4.4 lbs I lost overnight earlier this week? Exactly 4.4 were gained overnight last night. So strange! Not that I gained, I had it coming due to lack of exercise and water retention. Just strange that it's the exact same number. Anyway, it'll be gone in a few days, but I am probably not going to see my mini-goal before my next Dr. appointment on the 15th.  I can live with that, I've still made a lot of progress.

I've got to drop the exercise challenge and get back to my regular routine. That will help my head get back where it needs to be. Meanwhile, I got to keep finding the joy where I can (in fruit?) and move forward through life taking care of myself the best I can.

  3. I forgot the bladder clock, too. I am guessing that the batteries are low on you board again.

  4. I'm sure it's just water gain. It's got to be next to impossible to gain that much weight overnight. Especially if you think one pound=3500 calories, so you'd have to over eat that times four. I'm sure you're fine. Hang in there! :)

  5. Hate, hate the time change in the fall. My husband LOVES it because he gets an hour longer to sleep. It just makes me want to crawl into my pajamas at 5:30 in the evening and go to bed!

  6. Day to day fluctuations on teh scale are tough to figure. Hence why I just weigh in weekly. But everyone is different in how often they weigh. Remember you cannot be eating a piece of fruit and holding 6 others while on the scale. Eat the fruit after you weigh in :-)
