Enough already!

For the last month my weight has been dancing around the same old boring numbers on the scale.  I've been exercising daily during the week but slacking off on weekends. I've been making poor food choices and not having my "head in the game" 100% of the time. Although I'm getting stronger and working on my health in a lot of other ways, I've got to get back on the road to a healthy BMI.

Focus, Lanie, FOCUS!


  1. I just posted on my blog about getting back on track. This last month hasn't been to good for me so its time to get focused. I want to start this New Year off knowing I did everything I could to be as healthy as I could be. Good luck to you and I know you can do it.

  3. My numbers stayed stagnant for a long while, too. Eventually they will move.

  4. Plateaus are the absolute worst. I think my last plateau had me at the same weight for almost 4 months. I finally had to force myself - literally FORCE myself to give up the scale and just measure. It was the only way I got through it without wanting to give up on the whole thing. Keep strong - the numbers will move again :)
