What a difference a day makes!

Overnight I have eliminated half of my setback aka I lost 2 of the 4 lbs that I gained by not being dilligent about exercise. My eating was still not spot-on but oh so much better than it had been. Yummy fruits were consumed, whole grains, nut butters, veggies, and much less chocolate then was available although still much more than necessary. The two and a halaf mile walk paid off so well!

Kiddo is home from school today and again on Friday. I can't let my dillegence flounder again just because my schedule isn't 100% mine to control. At least she'll be home to guard her candy!

  2. Wow! Talk about overnight success! I laughed about your daughter guarding her candy. These are the few times I'm glad my kids are selfish and don't want to share! Otherwise I'd probably be digging around for Reese's cups, which I most certainly do not need to do!

  5. I ate two small pieces of candy and I am done! I was so happy to see a 2 lb loss today after being stuck for 2 weeks. I am 4 lbs away from losing 50 pounds......so happy about that!

  6. Yaaay for the two lbs. I recommitted to my journey on my blog yesterday and today I faced the scale. It wasnt pretty. I am hoping tomorrow I will have a few more lbs gone too!

    Guarding the candy...hehehe. Love it.
