HOORAY FOR MONDAY!

Last week was a bad week, but it's behind me now and I"m getting back on track with exercise and FLYlady.net . No more tummy aches!

I'm going to work out with the Wii every day, at LEAST once a day.

This week's "zone" is the master bedroom. Ours could really use some work. We've been "moved" for over a year and the bookshelves are still more than half empty. Boxes sitting around on the floor. Bed is almost never made. Clothes piled here and there. Time to get it organized. Woot!

What are your goals this week? I hope you all had fun weekends and are ready to focus and move more, eat less with me!

  1. My bedroom is bad! It is sort of "out of sight, out of mind." My biggest goal is to not overeat or go off plan with my book club on Wednesday!

  2. It's good to have goals. I think they really help with the weight loss. My goal for today is to declutter my office. I'm talking about the "neat clutter" that is in bookcases, drawers, and file cabinets. It's making me feel crazy, and "feeling crazy" leads to stress eating. It has to go!

  3. Good Grief! We must live in the same home! We moved to this house this past March, and only last week did I get around to moving boxes, unpacking some kitchen things, and yes, my thoughts are that I might try to tackle our master bedroom. Ha! I kinda had an excuse: we needed to get the housing ready for our livestock, and caring for the chickens and goats (and bunny and used-to-be-quail) took a lot of time too. Esp since we didn't know what we were doing!

Hmmm...Vely interesting (read with german accent)... Vee at http://veegettinghealthy.blogspot.com

  4. HI Lanie,
I had a great weekend. My goal this week is to really track my calories. I am way over and need to get back to actual counts vs eye balling. Michele
