Bad

Bad things happen, avoidance is setting in. Not dealing well.

  9. Also, I found that "blogging it out" really helped me. It sucks to say you are failing, but it feels really good to put the situation into words. It gives you some perspective.

  11. heh. Difficult to "blog it out" when there are vultures out there just waiting for me to expose my soft fleshy underbelly for the attack. No thanks, I've got enough vulnerability right now.

    I'm workin on it. I just don't feel very inspirational as far as blogging today . . . but so far food consumed has been low. Working on the water intake now.
