Usually I like Mondays . . .

but I have to say today was one of my worst days to date as an adult.

Personal stuff, nothing to do with blogging. Not really share-able at this time. My health is good, I think I dealt with a lot of stuff that I needed to do, including signing up for some professional counseling to go along with the weight loss - something that Geneen Roth advocates. First appt is on Wednesday, somebody I've gone to before so it's scary, but not as scary as it could be. First time I'll be going all by myself.

Tomorrow will be a better day.

    I had a bad day too. Let's take a deep breath, and come up with a plan to attack whatever it is that's got us messed up.

  5. I think that life is harder when we've learned to deal with it than when we withdrew into our three pound bag of M&Ms, for example. This is the hardest part about being a grown up.

  8. I'm so glad you are trying therapy. Ditto to what Anne(Happy Fun Pants)said. You are smart, funny, kind, and thoughtful. You have a LOT going for you, and I'm glad you are choosing to take care of yourself in this way!
