I'm down 1.5 today.
I credit it to swimming last night and walking with my BFF. Plus, I packed a cooler and brought it along for my day in my hometown. That way, I knew I'd having something healthy to eat with me. It worked out well.
Daughter is home from camp so things should get back to "normal" in my routine. I wonder if listening to her chatter on about camp burned any calories. We had a lot of fun being reunited. I missed her to pieces!
