Today's Exercise

10 minutes on the eliptical

25 minutes on the treadmill at 3.1 with a 1.0 incline

166 Squats (Week 4, Day 1 of squats - the hardest yet!)

81 Sit-ups  (Week 1, Day 1 of 200 situps challenge.)


YIKES! My heart rate really got up there on the last set of (45) squats. I'm done for the day!
