My bod today

I was weighed in and measured yesterday when I went to the gym. Their scale is 10 lbs over my scale. That's crazy. But what really matters is not the final number on the scale, but that I'm making progress. And that my Reeboks are obviously made out of lead. Anyway, here's my current body shot showing off the XL Champion sportswear I won from Allan this summer which I can officially jam my body into nowadays. Okay, I admit that it's snug (tight, sausagelike, whatev) and that I can't zip the jacket comfortably . . .but . .. here it is:



That's right. I'm lookin' pretty damn hot for somebody that needs to lose 70 pounds.

    Progress is really all that matters, right? I have to think that every time I weigh on my doc's scale. It certainly is not calibrated to my home scale.
