My main binge-inducing foods tend to be cheesy or oily/saucy ones: pizza, enchiladas, burritos, buffalo tenders, spaghetti and meatballs, sweet and sour chicken.
I'll take fatty/salty over sweet any day.At parties, I can skip the cookies, cake, and candy, and I go right for the salty/fatty dip (onion, spinach-artichoke, salsa, guacamole) and chips. I can binge on those like mad.
I don't usually keep chocolate around, I'd rather have an occasional treat offered to me by someone else, than try to keep it around and struggle with it constantly. I tend to eat all I have, so if I do buy it, I have to be careful to only buy a little.
OMG, I love Reese PB cups and little mini Jersey Milk bars, and coffee crisp and Snickers... can you tell chocolate is a thing I find hard to resist?
ReplyDeleteI've got none in the house, and am hoping I don't break down and raid the kid's bags.
Right now I am resisting the double-stuff Oreos my son brought home after a wkend at his father's.
I'm not really a candy eater but I love me some white chocolate! The Lindt Lindor White Chocolate Truffles are like my kryponite. MMMMMMM!

candy corn. They tiny - how much could they hurt...2 pounds of them at a time. They're on my "definately abstain" list.
ReplyDelete*sigh*
