The scale is my friend.

Just like all my other friends, it has it's disagreeable moments. Today I'm back down 3.1 lbs - so yesterday was obviously a fluke. I'm back in my severe phase and done with morbid. Hopefully, for good.

Already this morning, my tummy is growly but I can't decide what a really really want. Probably something cheesey, knowing me.


  1. Oh, cheesy. I made a cauliflower cheese kinda thing last night that was pretty tasty. I steamed cauliflower, and while it cooked, I took a wedge of Laughing Cow Light and cut it up and put it in the bottom of a mixing bowl. When my cauliflower was to my liking, I popped it into the bowl on top of the cheese to melt the cheese. Added a liberal amount of sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and a some fresh cracked black pepper and a few shakes of Tabasco. (You can skip the Tabasco, if you don't like spicy.) Then I tossed with two spoons until everything was all combined and saucy and served it to myself. It was pretty yum. And a hell of a lot lower in calories then mac and cheese or something equally gorgeous. :D
