This is hard

I just want to see progress. And for OTHER people to see progress. Yes, I know I'm doing this for me, not for anybody else - but it'd be nice to think that somebody COULD notice. I'm going the wrong direction. I think maybe adding more meat back in may be the ticket for me. Pooping once in a while could help too. sigh


  1. You will see progress. Sometimes it is a slow progress.

  2. I'm right there with you. But it takes time. Are you taking weekly or monthly pictures? That could help. It helped me when I was losing weight last summer. I plan on doing it again this summer. Just take pictures wearing the same thing and standing in the same spot.
