Home away from Home

Big long road trip straight down I90 and Kid and I are at our second home. Not sure how much longer we'll be owning this one, but for now it's a 2nd home to some of my favorite people - my inlaws! Over the past 20 years are so, we have had our times of driving one another a little nutty but when it comes right down to it, we're all good! It's a love thing, for sure!

One of my best and longest friends flies into town tomorrow from TN. She's Kid's godmother and we will be bonding at the American Girl Store, Hershey & Girahdelli are nearb .. . , and maybe "That's Her Bag" which I hear is an AWESOME Vera Bradley retailer. godparents will treat kid to American Girl Doll of the Year, Lanie Holland and we will all go on Lanie's Butterfly Adventure, to see a Monarch Release. Hopefully I'll have some impressive non-id-giving photos to share.

I will burn calories walking very quickly into past the chocolate stores. Maybe. It's vacation!

And here I am up past 10 pm EASTERN but I have 5 minutes to get to bed before bedtime catches up with me here.
