As of tomorrow, there are 100 days left of the year, he says. 100 days left to find my hottie self in 2010. I'm weighing in for another challenge anyway, so why not both? Hmmm. . .I better get to workin out extra today! Dude says I need to set 3 goals for the last 100 days of the year.
1. Blog at least 2x daily to keep myself accountable. Yeah, I stole that one.
2. Achieve a BMI of AT LEAST 35 or lower by the end of 100 days. This will take me out of the "severely obese" range and into what I like to refer to as "jolly obese"
3. Make myself get to bed by 10 pm each weeknight to help assure I'm getting enough sleep.
4. Encourage my husband to join me on this mission against obesity
