I prefer to evaluate the overall item in terms of whats on the nutrition label. High calories are okay if its all quality nutrients I need that day! Especially in my case because I have a hard time actually making the recommended caloric intake on any given day. <br /><br />Being free, but healthy with what we eat is (in my opinion) the best way to go: you don't feel like you are missing anything, as you stated, but at the same time, you know you are doing right by the needs of your body!Bryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04221767229379718809noreply@blogger.com
